His career includes leadership in multimillion-dollar projects in both private and government sectors, emphasizing quality, budget, and schedule adherence. With a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and several professional certifications, he is recognized for his expertise in project oversight, engineering design, and a commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

FRANK SHINES MBA, CAPT (USAF)

GLOBAL DIRECTOR - DIGITAL & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Frank is a renowned engineering professional with over 30 years in Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation in the healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and National University, Sacramento, his expertise spans AI, machine learning, and project management. Frank is a recipient of prestigious awards, including the IBM Golden Circle and the title of USAF Management Engineer of the Year, highlighting his impact in enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.

RENE ALAISA BSET

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR - AUTOMATION & PROCESS CONTROLS

Rene is an accomplished engineer with over 30 years in industrial automation and process control, specializing in control system design, programming, and commissioning. He has extensive experience in project management and software development, enhanced by his international exposure and cultural sensitivity. Rene's background includes an education from the University of South Florida and service in the US Air Force and Air National Guard, underlining his strong leadership and technical skills in a variety of cultural environments. His career is defined by adaptability, continuous learning, and expertise in automation and process control.

SENIOR PROCESS CONTROLS ENGINEER

Zara is a versatile process engineer with 10 years of experience and a Chemical Engineering degree from Florida State University. Her career spans process engineering, process control and project management in the energy and beverage sectors. Zara is skilled in managing capital projects, process calculations, data analysis, and SCADA systems showcasing her technical proficiency and adaptability. Her expertise also includes using AutoCAD and ChemCAD, reflecting her dedication to engineering excellence.

SCOTT JACKSON P.E., CEM, BSME

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Scott, an engineer with over 30 years of experience, has held various roles including Project Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Specializing in mechanical and piping systems, he has recently focused on HVAC and energy studies. Scott holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and is proficient in AutoCAD Inventor. A member of several engineering societies, Scott is known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, and effectively managing and coordinating diverse engineering projects and teams.

Chris is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial control systems and cybersecurity. His career evolved from being an electrician to senior roles in technical leadership and security consultancy. He specializes in cybersecurity assessments in various industries across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, he was involved in control system designs, heavy-duty gas turbines, and global power generation projects. Chris holds an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering and trade certificates from New Zealand, highlighting his dedication to enhancing cybersecurity in industrial control systems.
